Event Rules:
#1 - Loading Medley: Yoke, Farmers, Sandbag
On the "Athlete Ready" command, the athlete will place hands on the yoke. On the "Start" command, athletes will lift and carry their yoke 40ft down. Once the yoke crosses the line, the athlete will transition to the farmer's handles, pick them up, and carry them 40ft back. Athletes will then transition to the sandbag, pick it up and carry it down 40ft then place it over the top of the yoke implement. Once the sandbag goes over the yoke and hits the ground, time will stop.
Yoke / Farmers must touch the line before transitioning to the next implement - They cannot be slid across the line, or a penalty will be applied.
Placement is decided by who finishes the event fastest. If the event is not completed, the distance will be measured for placement.
Athletes have 90 seconds to complete the event. All implements will receive unlimited drops, sandbag may be carried or shouldered. Dragging/sliding of the yoke/farmers will result in a 5 second penalty.
